Initially, space for future apartment was old kitchen of adjacent restaurant and was in a very deplorable state. We carried out a complete renovation of the premises, including re-laying of crumbling bricks, installation of new partitions, and creation of new interior in new loft style. Furniture used was partly designed and created by our designers, and on the floor we used special Italian ceramic tiles with an "old wooden floor" decor.
